What we collect

Why we use it and on what basis

We use request details only to answer your request, prepare a quote and, if we agree to work together, perform the contract. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, and performing that contract (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)). We use anonymous statistics to improve the website (legitimate interest, GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)).

We never sell your data, never use it for direct marketing and never pass it to third parties for their own purposes.

How long we keep it

If no contract follows, we keep request details and correspondence for up to 12 months after our last contact and then delete them. If we work together, we keep data for the duration of the contract and as long as accounting and other laws require.

Who may receive it

The website and email run on our hosting provider, Hostinger (UAB "Hostinger", Lithuania). It processes data only on our behalf and on our instructions. For security, the web server may briefly keep technical logs (e.g. IP address and request time). Data is stored within the European Union.

Cookies and browser storage

This website uses no cookies. Your browser's localStorage keeps only your chosen theme (light or dark) and an unfinished calculator draft, so you can pick up where you left off. This stays on your device and is not sent to us unless you submit a request. You can delete it at any time by clearing your browser data.

Your rights

You have the right to access your data, have it corrected or deleted, restrict or object to its processing, and receive it in a portable format. To use any of these rights, email us at labas@devbee.lt. We will reply within 30 days.

If you believe your data is handled improperly, you can lodge a complaint with the State Data Protection Inspectorate of Lithuania (vdai.lrv.lt).

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the updated version will be published on this page with a new date.
